The day before your flight

We will endeavour to call you to reconfirm your flight and give you an update on the weather and flying conditions for the following day. If you haven’t heard from us then please call the between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00

Before you leave home on the day of your flight

Please call us on 0208 099 7766 to check weather conditions haven’t changed and your flight will be going ahead as planned.

Remember to bring

On the day, you’ll need your Voucher and two forms of ID with you one which is photo ID and the other showing your current address. Without both of these you will not be able to fly, under any circumstances, and we won’t be able to re-arrange your flight for another day, so please do not forget them.

Family and Friends

Are welcome to come along and watch you take your lesson and a member of staff will brief them accordingly. We would respectfully request that children are kept under control at all times for their own safety. We do have a few toys to entertain little ones so please ask a member of staff.

Late Arrivals

Owing to the fact that all flights and schedules are highly regulated we regret that we are unable to fly guests that arrive any later than 30 minutes past their scheduled arrival time. Therefore, please allow plenty of time when planning your journey so you arrive in time for your pre-flight safety briefing. We CANNOT reschedule your flight if you arrive any more than 30 minutes late. Our Flying Schedules are extremely tight with very limited flexibility.

Cancellations

Can be made up to 7 days before the date of your booking. We cannot offer any alternative dates without at least 7 days’ notice before your flight.
